The SEX DRIVE RADIO – Hedonism III Contest will begin on September 28, 2009 and end on October 29, 2009.

To participate in the contest, you may enter by logging on to www.WeTalkSex.com, the “SEX DRIVE RADIO” official website, and fill in the CONTEST ENTRY area. Just enter the information needed to register to win the trip. One online winner will qualify to win the Vacation for Two. There will only be one winner who wins the Sex Drive Radio – Hedonism III vacation. A winner will be chosen at random from all of the qualifying entrants. In order to qualify a contest entrant must know the answer to the factoid questions and answers are easily obtained with no consideration paid. See www.WeTalkSex.com for specific instructions regarding factoid questions and how to easily obtain answers. Sex Drive Radio, and its parent company, officers, stockholders, members, heirs, agents, or employees are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Released Parties resulting from users attempt to participate in the Contest or download any information in connection with participating in the Contest. Sex Drive Radio has sole discretion on determining illegible entries.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN THE EVENT THE CONTEST IS COMPROMISED BY VIRUS, BUGS, NON-AUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF SPONSOR AND/OR SEX DRIVE RADIO WHICH CORRUPTS OR IMPAIRS THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS OR PROPER PLAY OF THE CONTEST, SEX DRIVE RADIO AND/OR SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE CONTEST, AND TO AWARD THE PRIZE FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO ACTION TAKEN BY SPONSOR AND/OR SEX DRIVE RADIO.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The contest is open to all SEX DRIVE RADIO listeners and/or WeTalkSex.com users who are 21 years of age or older on or before the contest drawing date and who legally reside in the Untied States of America. Employees/ agents of SEX DRIVE RADIO/ WeTalkSex.com, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.

All winners and guests must sign a release form indemnifying Sex Drive Radio/WeTalkSex.com and its parent corporate entity.

PRIZE

One winner will be awarded the vacation to Hedonism III Resort in Jamaica. Should there not be a winner, no prize will be awarded. The winner will receive a trip for (2) two adults, ages 21 or older, to Hedonism III in Jamaica for Four (4)-nights/ Five (5)-days. Trip includes four (4)-night accommodations, all meals, SuperSnacks, and unlimited premium brand drinks, all land and water sports with instruction and equipment (excluding jet skiing and parasailing), recreational activities, entertainment, airport transfers, and hotel taxes, in a non-tipping atmosphere because tipping is not allowed by the Resort. If winner intends to use the vacation for a wedding then couples are responsible for applicable legal fees and must check on availability. Trip is valid for travel through a period not to exceed one year from the date of the contest drawing and is subject to availability and blackout dates do apply.

NOTE: Airfare is not included in this prize, therefore, the winner is solely responsible for travel method and arrangements, and any related expenses necessary to travel to Jamaica and Hedonism III, and for any travel arrangements, and any related expenses necessary, for traveling from Jamaica upon conclusion of winner’s stay at Hedonism III as part of this contest. Winner will be responsible for contacting the Resort to determine black out dates and dates that are available. Taxes and any additional expenses incurred by the winner of this contest is the sole responsibility of the winner. (Prize Value: $1,500.00)

The winner will be notified after Sex Drive Radio has determined the winner.

The prize certificate will be mailed to the winner and it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. Sex Drive Radio is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Decisions of Sex Drive Radio management with respect to the contest are final.

CONDITIONS

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Sex Drive Radio in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Sex Drive Radio, its corporate entity, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

Sex Drive Radio reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Sex Drive Radio, and/or the “Hedonism III” Contest is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Sex Drive Radio reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification and the determination of any disqualification is solely at the discretion of Sex Drive Radio.

Sex Drive Radio is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
